The Scotsman EC series ice machine with the progressive water discharge produce an octagonal ice cube, a type of ice which slowly melts and looks great in a glass.
With their resistant stainless-steel exterior, these units are the perfect application for cafes, kitchens, restaurants, bars or for residential use.
The ergonomically designed ice storage access (with disappearing door) makes retrieving ice a simple and easy task.
