The Scotsman NW Modular dice cube ice machine series are made with a T304 grade stainless steel exterior which make these units great for kitchen, restaurant, or bar applications.
With the one touch cleaning operation, the labour costs are reduced, saves time, and simplifies the cleaning process.
These models do require a separate storage bin to store the ice produced (priced separately)
