The Scotsman MXG series ice machine produce an octagonal ice cube, a type of ice which slowly melts and looks great in a glass.
With their resistant stainless-steel exterior, these units are the perfect application for cafes, kitchens, restaurants, or bars. You also have the option to purchase these units in a 20 gram gourmet cube or a 39 gram gourmet cube.
These units are a modular head only and require an ice bin to store the ice produced (priced separately)
