The Scotsman MF series are a modular flake ice machine, meaning they require a separate storage bin to store the ice produced (This is priced separately). Flake ice is great for several applications including food display and presentation, the preparation of cocktails as well as use in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
These units have simple and reliable electromechanics controls, along with a stainless steel finish, top cover in PS plastics with removable panels for ease of maintenance.
